No. Not directly.
No. Even if you went from Windows XP to Windows Vista to Windows 7 (the
upgrade path you could do without a clean installation of some sort) - the
"beta" (likely RC - Release Candidate) would need to be uninstalled and the
full version installed in order to use your new license for Windows 7.
Maybe - but Microsoft recommends a clean install when going from RCs to Full
Releases - so it would probably not be worth your time - unless the upgrade
path I have given you seem simple enough.
There is no direct upgrade path from Windows XP to Windows 7.
