Has anyone encountered the situation where installation
does not complete? I have tried twice to install,
installer goes to the point of saying it may take several
minutes to install. It does not end. I must force XP to
cancel the task to free up the PC.

Empty your IE cache and your other temporary file folders,
eg: c:\temp, c:\windows\temp or C:\Documents and
Settings\<name>\Local Settings\Temp (the path to your temp
folder will change depending on your name) - sometimes
programmes can be hidden in there - watch out for
mysterious *.exe files or *.dll files in those folders.

Please download again. Save the download to your desktop--
do not choose Run on the download dialog.
Once it is downloaded, double click on it to install.
