risk" spy ware only ignored "low risk" spy ware. apon
deleating High Risk spy ware lost interned connection

gone.( fire wall stated). ran a system restore to eariler
date (4/13) system restore suss. now how do I seek, find
and remove what caused the occurance. Did received a
common client error report from microsoft but with out on
line connection was unable to send error report

Hi Pat:

First: Open Internet Explorer, click File and ensure
that Work Offline is not checked.
For no Internet connection, if using XPSP2: at the
command prompt, type: netsh winsock reset <enter> and
reboot. See this MS article for additional info and
other OS versions.
