BETA: FP2003 'Entry point not found'

there seems to be a problem with fpcutl.dll version
11.0.5XX.
When I try to launch FP2003, it stops with:

Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?
UDC_LACATION_STS_URL@CUDCDoc@DDW@@2QBGB could not be
located in the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll.

Any suggestions welcome !
