The first issue you had--did that involve loss of Internet connectivity?
Have you since then caught up, a bit, on security patches--perhaps even
putting in Service pack 2?
What happens with the attachments--do you get an error message indicating
that you are being prevented from accessing an attachment because it might
contain harmful content?
Do you use Outlook Express for email?
Are you using Outlook Express to read your Hotmail account?
