Does anyone know if you can download and use the
microsoft beta spyware program while also using another
one on the same computer ( I currently have spybot search
and destroy or lavasoft adaware)? Wil this cause
problems or can you just run each one seperately without
any issues?

One thing about Spybot, this program have a realtime
detection called tea timer.

I think its enough to let MSAS handle realtime protection
and to use other programs from time to time for
extra manual scans.

Any problems with installation? I had Spybot and Lavasoft

The help file for the program recommends turning off other antispyware
programs during installation. What error message are you getting?

Reboot prior to installation.
Disable all unnecessary programs including anti virus and other anti spyware
programs you may have.
Install and reboot.

I run Spybot search and destroy, Add-Aware and SpyBlaster
since quite a whilke and added MS Antispyware about a
month ago.
No problems occured.

I have been using it for a few weeks now and not had a
problem. I have found a couple of times that Spybot has
found a 'spy' program that were not picked up.

However, most of the time, MS Beta program picks up spybot
programs that the other do not.

I currently only have MS program running automaticly.
