Empty your IE cache and your other temporary file folders, eg: c:\temp,
c:\windows\temp or C:\Documents and Settings\<name>\Local Settings\Temp (the
path to your temp folder will change depending on your name) - sometimes
programmes can be hidden in there - watch out for mysterious *.exe files or
*.dll files in those fºlders.
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

And try some solutions here from Tom Emmelot:

Uninstall from ADD/REMOVE,
Delete in C:/windows/Program files, MSAS subfolders and the MSAS folder;
and delete in
C:\windows\system32 the following 3 files:
GCCollection.dll
hashlib.dll
gcUnCompress.dll

Rebººt.

Run a regcleaner (Ccleaner Issues)

http://www.ccleaner.com/ccdownload.asp

Also use the temp cleaner of Ccleªner.

Logged in as the administrator user who will use Microsoft Antispyware,
reinstall Microsoft Antispywªre.

Do a fresh install with version .615 (lªtest)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Good luck

Engel
