Beta 2 - "Framework 2.0 Configuration" control panel applets missi

Under W2K SP3 - Downloaded the Framework 2.0 Redistributable (x86)
(v2.0.50215) and went through the installation without error. The two applets
that should be in the Administration Control Panel (Framework 2.0
Configuration, and Framework 2.0 Wizards) were missing. There are no .msc
files in the install directories. These are required to set up security and
ClickOnce features.

I installed a previous beta (v2.0.40607) on an XP SP2 machine and the
applets were installed.
