Beta 1 want install

's Computer Specifications

I have downloaded Beta 1 from the web, but when i try to install the
programme it stops when it gets to the 'Configuring Windows Installer' menu.
All the install menus then disappear. Have used CCleaner but this has not
worked. Has any one any ideas ?
