Best way to 'upgrade' to Outlook with BCM

I purchased Office Standard 2007. Came with Outlook but not BCM. I want BCM.
What is the best/cheapest way to acquire BCM? Is there an 'upgrade' path from
Standard 2007 to Pro 2007? Or can BCM by itself be purchased?
