Hi all,

My scenario is...

Cable internet into a D-Link i704p router then into 2 pc's 1 Win XP Home 1
Win XP Pro internet works fine between them all but what is the best way to
share files ?

As you can tell I am fairly computer illiterate so be gentle ...

Thanks

The blind leading the blind????????? Anyhow, open control panel, select
'Network Setup Wizard', and follow through.

This has to be done on both machines. I 'think' the actual windows network
has to have the same name on both machines.

After this is done, you automatically have 'shared' documents, pictures, and
music files on each machine.

If you open Help and search for 'share files', it explains (???) how to mark
specific files/folders for sharing, etc.

Good luck,
Ace
