In WP10, I was taught to make macros for Doctor's addresses, basic body of
letter, etc. Easy! How to do it in Word or "the way it should be done"?
This eliminated a lot of repetitive typing of the same thing. The letters
were all different (not a form letter) and the addresses on each letter was
different (not same letter going to many different addresses). For the life
of me, I am lost! Need training fast! Would like to do it the "right" way
right from the start!

In WP, for instance, the macro for a doc's address would include the spacing
between the date of letter and then the address, RE: and the Dear whatever
that that particular doc required.

I used a different macro that supplied the basic body of the letter. The
things the doc always said, including the closing, spacing, etc. such as:

Please repost your question in a forum supporting Word. This forum is for a
different program, the database software Microsoft Access. The webpage can be
confusing and has misled you (and many before you)... scroll down the list of
subject areas and find one for Word.
