I'm looking for sync software to keep my internal HD and external HD
files up-to-date. Any advice? I have been using Memeo Autosync, which
came with my Western Digital MyBook but it hogs up system resources
like crazy.

FWIW I use SyncBack which has worked flawless for me for quite some
time. You can do full backups, incremental, and syncing either to or
from either side. Also, for home use... its free!
