Guess I lucked out, have no problems with my motherboard. LAN,RAID and
Sound are all working okay, just want better sound. Was wondering what
would be the best PCI slot to put my Audigy2 card in after I disable
the onboard sound option... Also, are there any problems with the
Creative Audigy 2 and ASUS motherboards???

Thanks...

Recommend the slot farthest from the AGP slot or at least the one second
farthest... Have heard stories about cards not liking the one or two slots
next to the AGP - think they share more resources or something to that
effect...

I think it's due to sound cards running hot as well as AGP video cards?
Since video and sound cards run the hottest keep them aprt/ I don't know,
just a thought....
