I have tried to quarantine BestOfferNetwork.Atomic.Clock software from my
computer and it keeps reappearing after Microsoft AntiSpyware (Beta 1) scans
my computer. Is this a legitimate software or junk? I cannot seem to find
what Microsoft uses to sync the clock on the task bar. Can anyone help?

Junk, try scanning with MSAS in Safe boot mode. This specific item was
