Socket A processor. What is the best heatsink that I can buy for under $40?
I don't care about the fan, as I will choose my own. I'm talking about, if
I slapped a heatsink on an Athlon XP, which one heatsink would soak up the
most heat?

the thermalright slk-800 is another good one but really any heatsink
designed to be used with an 80mm without the use of any type of adapter is a
good choice.
