Is a list of freeware programs which seems to be very up to date and
contains the best programs for each category. Many of the choices are
the programs I have chosen myself, so I agree very much with this list.

There are maybe too many audio players and a tendency to have too many
choices in other categories too, but it contains all the best freeware
programs as far as I can see.

The category: Photo manipulation and image design: has 18 programs, but
all my favorites are included, like Pixia, Deep Paint, Artweaver,
Photofiltre. It also lists the common freeware programs like the Gimp,
Artrage, etc which I don't use.

The only favorite of mine that is missing in this list if the Futurix
Imager, a picture processing program of same type as Photofiltre, but
it has other tools and is better for certain operations. If you use
Photofiltre you will probably want this program too.

But simple is good, I'm sure Susan doesn't mind. The more the merrier.
