What do you think is the best excel VBA book?

I am looking for one with the most thorough explanations
of functions and has the most practical examples.

Check out John Walkenbach's Power Programming series and see if that fits
your needs. I also liked MSPress step by step Excel VBA as it built an
actual application from scratch which is always nice
