I'm trying to use System Monitor and I have a number of questions that the
tutorials and Help pages don't seem to cover. What newsgroup or forum is
the best place to post problems using System Monitor?

he is not talking about a display monitor, but software system monitor
ie performance monitor, resources, etc...

I mean the System Monitor tool used to monitor system resources like memory,
CPU, paging file, etc. It's in Control Panel/Adminitrative Tools.
