Am looking for an easy to use Digital Photo Editor that can change the
Name and other info for the Digital Photo. Am using only JPG.

My digital has a built in(?) program - I didn't install anything. XP recognized it by brand
and model name.
When I download from the camera, I can choose to rename them - but not individually. It will
give them
all the same name (for example, a date) then number them sequentially, whereas in the camera
they
are DSC...1101, DSC1102, etc. To name them individually you must first download them, then
click
on properties and rename, then type in the name.

But there are bulk renamers that can handle such cases, try this
