Active Directory?
SMS?
RIS?
Symantec Ghost?
Unattended Installs? like:
http://unattended.msfn.org/
or
http://unattended.sourceforge.net/

That question is WAY too vague.

I suggest, highly Unattended Installs like:
http://unattended.msfn.org/
or
http://unattended.sourceforge.net/

They work great and the different chipsets are never a problem. The second
would be more of what you are looking for.

However, you can also look at what this guy has done:
http://www.gc.peachnet.edu/www/wbeck/W2KXP.htm#Master

He's got a pretty good method down you might want to look at if you don't
want the flexibility and reliability and ease of upgrade that the unattended
method gives you.

Sorry.... we have computer-firm, make new computers, perform service and
find problems.
Example I install every day about 5 times windows XP, every install with
drivers waste 1 hour.
I want multicast through PXE lan-card just windows image. I have
experimented with PowerQuest
DeployCenter5.5 and Rembo Auto-Deploy, both performed with sysprep. But
problems still with them. The most and only important problem is that
computers are all different kind of chipsets
and after cloning and syspreping windows simple crashes with blue-death.
How to eliminate this blue-death problem associated with different
motherboard chipsets?

Thank you!
