You can download the ISO of SP3 here:

and use imgburn to make a CD.

If you want, you can download just SP3 in the .exe from here
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
and then use cd burner XP http://cdburnerxp.se/download.php to burn it
to a CD as the single executable.

Any software you WANT. WHAT you choose has nothing to do with WinXP.
