Best approach to develop a client/server Remote Restart function for Kiosks

I've developed some kiosk applications.

The kiosks run Windows XP Pro. The kiosk applications
consist of html pages and flash front ends built locally
by ASP.NET/C# server side classes and aspx pages.

These pc's run standalone. All ASP.NET client/server side
code and content is located on the client PC.

They are connected to the Internet only to receive new
versions of the kiosk applications.

What I want to develop is a monitoring application on a
centrally located on an ASP.NET server that administrators
can access from the Internet via a web user interface.

My question for the group is what is the best approach to
developing a Resart feature to reboot the kiosk pc from an
ASP.NET server over the internet. Is there a way to
develop an ASP.NET component that can call shutdown.exe
or ?? is there a better way to approach this? with a non-
asp.net application or service?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

David
