with tools - message rules i do not dowmload all senders that are NOT in my
address book
i then use webmail to manually delete at server of another rule to
automatically delete at server
very effective

Check out Spampal with the Bayesian filter add-in. I tried several
until I settled on that. I used it until switching to Mozilla several
months ago. Mozilla handles spam without add-ins.
