Hello

I need a benchmarking program which will run in Windows NT4 AND XP.
There are LOTS of products which will run on XP but hardly any which
will run on NT4. I thought I had found on in Fresh Devices -
FreshDiagnose - it states it would run on NT4 but didn't.

If anyone knows of a product please let me know. Ideally would be
free also - but would be happy with anything at the moment.

Angus

uninstall any program
beginning with fresh
and run your antivirals
including spybot & onecare.

as far as benchmarking,
what are you trying to
test?

I want to compare new hardware with our old hardware. I will run
benchmarks on old and new to get a feel for how much faster new kit
will be. But old kit runs NT4, new kit runs XP. Finding benchmarking
software which will still run on NT4 and also on XP is proving quite
hard.

oh i see.

unfortunately, i am sure
you have researched the
issue thoroughly. so i am
afraid, there is little i could
provide.

maybe you can connect
with someone here:

and then there are sites
like these containing
external links and references:

Thanks Elmo. The product is not perfect but it fits the bill for us.
