DELL 9100
Win XP SP2
Belkin Driver 3.50.21.11
When i boot up my computer i normally log into my standard user account.
Having installed the belkin HSpeed wireless card i find that i can't get the
card enabled even using the Belkin utility, i tick "Enable Radio" and apply
but when i re-enter the utility its unckecked again. The only way to get the
card to work, is for me to simply log into my Admin account, only then is the
wireless card automatically enabled. I can then log into my normal user
account and the card works fine, the funny thing is under my normal user
account when i open up the Belkin utility the "Enable Radio" is still
unckecked even though its now working.
Belkin tech support are saying it’s a windows issue and there is a patch
available but I need to contact MS tech support to resolve the issue. Problem
is I can't find the patch.
Other laptops in the house have no problems connecting so i don't believe
its a router problem. I have looked in the event log and typically find these
errors.
