I have an IBM R40 Thinkpad with WinXP loaded I have been
attempting to attach a Belkin F5U109 USB PDA Adapter which
provides me with a serial port. However when I attempt to
load the drivers I get one of two error messages. The
first one says " Access is denied" and the drivers do not
load. Occasionally I will get the message "Data is
Invalid". I have tried loading the drivers from the CD
provided by Belkin and have download the XP drivers from
the Belkin web site. I also contacted Belkin Help desk and
they couldn't give me an answer.
Anyone have this or a similar experience. Is there a work
around?
