We recently installed a Belkin Hi-speed USB 2.0 to
accommodate the new Sony DVD-RW that we installed . The
system acknowledges the installation but not that the USB
2.0 was installed. When trying to troubleshoot , it
essentially stated that XP did not have a signature for
this driver. How can this be remedied?

Do you have SP1 installed?
