OK I’m dumbfounded; I create a “web site” start editing the home page, apply
a couple behaviors, and adjust the layer properties, etc. preview it and it
looks great. Save it and preview in browser and it looks great. Go back to
do further editing and the behaviors and layer proprieties are grayed out and
no longer available.

Any thoughts?

I can repeat this process over and over.

I have no idea. What are you selecting on the page when you are looking for
those properties?

Thanks for your response,
A jpeg image, although it doesn’t seem to matter, I can select the image the
frame or the page itself and everything is still grayed out.

Make sure you have a site open first and not just the page.

Thanks Thomas,
I'm going to assume you mean on a server and not locally??
Opening a local site doesn't seem to make any difference.

It shouldn't matter if locally or directly on a live/remote server.

Hmm, then I'm still dumbfounded.
I'm also having problem with images showing up as icons. Since this was an
upgrade I'm debating uninstalling the program and re-installing. Not a lot
to lose at this point.
