Behavior when MS Exchange Account is added

Hello:

After I added MS Exchange account to my Outlook 200y, everytime I create a
new message, it gets stored in the Exchange Account's Outbox, even though my
personal GMail account is defined as the default account to send messages.

I am concerned about privacy and adherence to my Company's EMail usage
policies since even my personal emails are being routed through my Corporate
EMail server.

Any input on this behavior?

What is your default message store? (this is different from the default
account) Go to File, Data file management to check.

FWIW, the best way to ensure you are not in violation of company policy is
to not check email at work - or at least not use the same profile you use
for work mail. Either use the gmail website, OE/Mail, or a second profile
for your personal accounts.
