beginupdate - endupdate

's Computer Specifications

Hi,
why the .beginupdate / .endupdate methods were added in the CF final release
only for listview but NOT for listbox / combobox???

What is the workaround?
..enabled=(true/false)
or
..visible=(true/false)
or both?

ComboBox.Hide() and ComboBox.Show() help performance.
