Check out the books at
www.sitepoint.com they're not cheap and I think you
can only get them from that particular site but I've got their php book,
their .css book, and another that's escaping me right now and found them all
to be top notch. I didn't really do much more than peruse the php book but
I use the .css book everyday (slow learner. ;-) ) and it's the best book for
..css that I've come across ever.
