depends upon your system bios. Either way there is a hardware fault
somewhere. Try this site to see if it helps:

The HP Dianostics says it ASUS bios...does that use the same codes?

The HP Diagnostic gives the board manufacturer not the bios manufacturer.
The main 3 bios manufacturers are Ami, Award and Pheonix. Without the model
number of your board it is difficult to give a specific answer as to which
bios it might be. Unfortunately, each manufacturer may use a different beep
code to represent a specific problem.
I'm not sure if you are the same person, but i noticed in a similar post
elsewhere that a video card problem was suggested. This could possibly be
the cause of the error. Perhaps it may be worth removing the video card
(assuming it is not an onboard video card in which case you can't remove it)
and try reseating it in its agp or pci slot. Make sure the pc is truned off
and disconnected from the mains before you attempt this and also make sure
you earth yourself before tampering with anything inside your computer case.
