I am having the same issue but in addition to email arrival I get the super
annoying beep when I back-space to far when deleting a word in fields such as
'look for' in the search feature of outlook or the 'to' in a new email. I
get the beep when any kind of remeinder pops up such as 'do you want to save
this draft' when I try to close an email that I have not sent. The beep is
loud, annoying and I can't figure out where it comes from but it only happens
in Outlook. None of my computer volume settings seem to turn it down wither.
I have a dell latitude d620 also, btw.
Any help would be great!
