(Not knowing what BIOS,,,) Phoenix describes that beep code (1-3-4-3)
as
"RAM failure on data bits xxxx* of low byte of memory bus"
It's possible that a RAM module has gone, or that one is not making
good contact with its socket. I'd start off by reseating RAM modules
(check contacts and clean if necessary) . If that doesn't work, and
If more than one, try them one at a time. Other than that, and the fact
that you already swapped video cards, you might try swapping the
PSU with a known good one before you attack the mobo.
