Does anyone know the Beep codes for the Asrock K7VT6?

After a week of no problem usage, I switched it off, went away for 4
days now when I try to switch it on it won't POST and I get 3 long beeps
repeating.

CPU: Sempron 2400+ (retail)
RAM: Geil 256Mb PC3200
Vid: Generic TNT2 (tried a couple of other cards too).
