BDC droping out of Network Neighborhood

I have two domain controllers, DC1 and DC2. After a reboot of DC2 it will
show up in Network Neighborhood for a while and then drop out. I can see
the full network from DC2 after this occurs with the exception of DC1 and
the same is true with DC1. I'm at a loss to why this is occurring. Any
ideas?

There is a registry ket called 'IsBrowseMaster' search the knowledge base
for articles on this it might help?

Have you diabled NetBIOS??
