BDA driver, meet 0x0000007e(0x0000000c...) in ks.sys

dear all, recently i am developing a BDA driver for a USB multimedia
device...
in xpsp2, normally, after the device plugin, driver runs ok.
But sometimes my PC will BSOD after device plugin and report
0x0000007e(0xc0000005...)
in ks.sys....

I tried to use windbg to log the message, but it did not happen after
plugin&out 300 times.

Does anyone have an idea???
