BCM want find contact.

Hi,
Thanks in advance for your help. I have about 5 users running Outlook 2007
BCM with SP2. Every once a while when they try to search for a Business
contact it will not find him the first few tries and then it will find. Any
Ideas?

Hi Dexter,
Search in an Outlook Add-In folder (such as BCM) may be slow to
respond from time to time, and there really isn't any good feedback
for "search in progress", so that I am suspecting that sometimes if
the search may be taking a little longer, and that users can think
that the search has finished with no result, while the search is still
going on unfinished...
Not sure if this helps, but that would be my take on it.

The machine running the BCM instance can be slow.
The network can be slow.
The CPU can be overloaded.

Need more details. Your posting suggests a timeout error. Wireless networks
are more likely to give you such an issue.
