Business contact manager version 3 for mobile PC re-install fails.
When I reinstalled the AT&T smartphone upgrade on my Blackjack, BCM on the
mobile is re-installed as v 2.0, not v 3.0. I "successfully" uninstalled BCM
from both the smartphone and the PC, rebooted both, reinstalled BCM version
3.0 on the PC, cradled the phone, and it installs v 2.0 on the mobile phone,
which is a broken version for the smartphone. I do not know if the residual v
2.0 files are on the PC or the smartphone or how to expunge it. I tried the
uninstall and reinstall several times without success. Help!!!
I have a Samsung Blackjack with the AT&T upgrade, Outlook 2003 with BCM, and
Activesync 4.5.
