Hi, all
i have a query regarding Business Contact Manager Version 3 (Outlook 2007)
My query is that whe i print a report/Opportinuties Funnel
The closed or lost opportunities are not in that report.
Can someone plse tell how to get that in my report
Or where do I get a documentation on report opportunities?

Hmmmmm.... you're right. I went to the Filter's Advanced tab and tried to
specify "Sales Stage = Closed Won" and it still didn't work. Given some of
the logic in the rest of BCM, I can only assume the developers decided we
didn't need to see that data. But, we know what happens when we assume...
Maybe someone from the BCM Team can shed some light on this.

I googled sales funnel and the explanations I found that they all said
that the sales funnels contain potential sales before sales are made
or lost.

There are other Opportunity reports. Do they all filter out closed
Opportunities?
