Is BCM suitable for medium sized business

Hi. I'm looking for an avoidable solution for my company to manage it's
client contacts list. We have 3k contacts and three offices located across
the country. Ideally we would like to allow each office access to the
database with a potential 2-3 users in each office. 1. is BCM reliable
enough to support this number of contacts? 2. how much IT support does it
demand?
