Thanks so much for the help. I went through the installation of that
tool, but could not open the shared database on my remote computer.
The toold prepares instructions for the client user to connect, but I
was unable to connect. It could not find the computer the
instructions indicated (which included a reference to a SQL data as
well as the computer), and when I just tried to connect straight to
the computer, it would not connect to that either.
I think I will need to get a technician in to look at it.
