Is there any standard tricks to speed up bcm?

I am also trying to speed up BCM, just loading it takes a while now. Please
any help would be appreciated.

SBS 2003 hosting BCM Database
2003 R2 TS clients / 20 -25 each server / Server performance looks good
Just slow BCM.
