After participating in some on-line training workshops before Office 2007 was
released, I received a free download of Microsoft Office Professional 2007
from Microsoft. I recently activated Outlook 2007 in this package (moved all
data from a Palm-based DB). Everything works fine, but there was no BCM
included with the downloaded package. When I asked Microsoft how to include
what seems to be missing software, I was told that this was a technical
problem and to call/email support. Before I take that route, has anyone else
experienced this problem, know a workaround or have any advice?

The Office download site should have a seperate download for "CD 2",
containing BCM and Office Accounting.
