I have a situation where I would like to utilize MSoutlook to its fullest
campacity and add the BCM component. I would like to accomplish a few things
and wonder if someone can tell me if this product is the best choice for us.

Would like to track what products have and when it was sold to them
Would like to send mass emails to current and potential clients
Would like to set reminders to "touch" specific clients
Would like for 3 - 4 users to be able to access this information
Would like to manage 2 different calendars

Please let me know if BCM is the suggested product for these applications or
if there is another product better for our needs. I would like to stay with
Outlook.

thank you
