Hi Dexter,
If all other clients have no connectivity issue, then I can only
suggest checking the networking hardware on that Dell Vostro notebook
(or even try replacing with a different ethernet cable). Does the
notebook also experience on-and-off network connectivity issues with
other applications (such as IM, browser, file transfer utility, etc.)?
