I get error message: This item cannot be saved with an attachment in the
comments area. Please delete attachment & try again. [I just started
getting this - I can't see an attachment. What is it asking me to delete??

If you copied and pasted a picture or an image in the comments box under
details in the the history you will get this message. You can tell if you
click on what you pasted and there is a box around it. You will have to
delete the pictures and retype any information you need. Hope this helps
