Hello,
i have made a new form for the contacts in BCM.
now, if i like to show this field say( amount ) in the phone list vieuw, BCm
will ad the field to the list but will not show me the content of the field.

what am i doing wrong???

Tom, try the following:

1. go to the phone list view you want to modify
2. On the View menu, go to Current View, Customize Current View
3. Hit the Fields button
4. Select User-defined fields in folder in the drop down.
5. Under Available fields, you should be able to find your new custom
fields. Add the ones you'd like to use inthe phone list view.

Let me know if that works for you.

Hi sorry for the long delay,

Ill get the field in the current view but the contence is not shown in the
view
what am i doing wrong??
