OK, after further testing, the problem appears to be with either her exchange
acct or her domain acct, I cannot connect her to bcm on any computer, yet she
appears in the list of approved database users in the database tool. The
error message is indicative of someone that does not have permission to
access the database, which makes me wonder if there is a corruption in her
domain/exchange acct. She has no problems with email.
